    Painted on the front and reverse with insects flitting above chrysanthemums and other flowering plants growing around a rock, on one end with a bird perched on a tall grass and eyeing a dragonfly above a chrysanthemum, on the other end with a sinuous stem of chrysanthemums, and beneath the shoulder with a border of yellow petal devices issuing down each corner a chain of pendent yellow bellflowers echoing another rising from each corner of the footrim, the flat shoulders with a blue-centered iron-red and white demi-blossom and foliate-scroll device on either side of the blue-enameled threaded circular neck, and the later cover with a full blossom and foliate-scroll device on the top, a border of yellow petal devices around the circumference, and blue-enameled threading on the interior.
